Tweaked MOCSB

I'm not the creator of this game, but Remerai was generous enough to provide the source files for the project. 

While playing the game, I found myself trying to unpause the game using ESC but accidentally quitting it instead. I slightly modified the button so that you have to hold it down a couple seconds, to prevent accidentally quitting. You can also quit from any point of the game by doing the same.

I also noticed the menu layout for the title screen didn't look great on my ultra-wide, so I quickly updated that.  People on most monitors probably won't notice that change.

In addition to the tweaked Windows version, I made a build for Mac and for Linux.
